You must be at least 18 years of age to access or register for the DIFWA platform. By downloading the application, browsing the website, or placing water delivery orders, you represent that you meet this requirement and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
To place water delivery orders, you are required to register an account with accurate details, including your full name, verified mobile number, email address, and delivery location. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
DIFWA provides a digital marketplace connecting consumers and corporate offices with verified, FSSAI-compliant local water purification and delivery suppliers in Lucknow and across India.
Orders can be paid securely through integrated payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking) or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
Users agree to utilize the Difwa platform strictly for lawful purposes and adhere to the following acceptable use rules:
All logos, brand names, visual assets, software code, and interface designs on the DIFWA platform are the exclusive intellectual property of DIFMO PRIVATE LIMITED. No user is permitted to reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any component of the Service without prior written authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, DIFWA shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party supplier delays, regional water shortages, or force majeure events. Our cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order under dispute.
DIFWA reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Service for repeated policy violations, payment defaults, or fraudulent behavior. Users may request permanent account deletion at any time by contacting our support desk.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Revised terms become effective upon publication on this page. Continued usage of our website or mobile application constitutes your explicit acceptance of the updated Terms.
