Difwa vendors stock 20L, 18L, 15L, 10L and 5L sealed water cans, plus packaged drinking water bottles and mineral water. The 20L can is the most common choice for families and offices because it fits standard dispensers and has the lowest cost per litre.
A 20L water can typically costs ₹50–₹80 depending on the vendor, the brand, and your delivery area. Each vendor sets their own price and it is shown upfront in the Difwa app before you confirm the order, including any refundable jar deposit.
Most Difwa orders are delivered the same day, and many vendors deliver within a few hours of the order being placed. Delivery speed depends on the vendor's slot availability in your area, which you can see before ordering.
Yes. Every vendor on Difwa must hold a valid FSSAI licence to go live on the platform, and water is RO purified and UV treated before being sealed. Cans are sealed at the facility and are not opened until they reach you.
Yes. You can schedule a recurring water delivery in the Difwa app — daily, alternate days, weekly, or a custom schedule — so jars arrive automatically without reordering each time. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time.
Yes. Difwa vendors supply offices, shops, restaurants, hotels and construction sites with bulk 20L water cans on scheduled delivery. Office water supply can be set up as a recurring order with consolidated monthly billing.
You can pay online by UPI, card or wallet in the Difwa app, or choose cash on delivery when the rider arrives. Prices are shown in full before you confirm, with no hidden delivery charges.
A jar deposit is a one-time refundable amount some vendors charge for the reusable 20L jar itself, not the water. It is returned when you hand the empty jar back, and the amount is always shown separately in the app before you order.
